LPN Application
Phone call to complete application for the Licensed Practical Nursing program at Midwestern Career College. Phone call to complete your application for the LPN program at Midwestern Career College. During this call, we’ll review program details (including tuition) and complete the admissions interview. If you choose to apply, we’ll help you set up your application portal, submit your application, and pay the non-refundable $60 fee for LPN program consideration.
